When I see pictures like the one above, two things happen to me. So, Pontiac has a new sport utility-like truckish-minivanish sedan-sportster. How nifty. I've been following the development of this vehicle since the concept car first appeared in Car and Driver, and have been secretly hoping that Pontiac wouldn't actually do it. I hoped one or more members of the design team would wander out into a cornfield late at night and hear a voice whispering on the wind: "If you build it, they will laugh." more
Ask your average consumer which he or she would rather do…. Try to get financing for a car loan or put an agitated rattlesnake in their pants and the most common answer will probably be: "How long does the rattlesnake have to stay in there?" more
It's great when the Corvette gets an extra 15 bhp or the Celica gets a moonroof, but who cares when the Toyota Sienna gets a new front fascia or the Maxima gets yet another styling upgrade to make it look even more like the Camry? more
I know I do an awful lot of bitching about General Motors, and the reason that I bitch is because I happen to like GM cars. I mean, Ford is great too, but GM just has some neat stuff… the Corvette and the Corvette, oh and let's not forget that perennial favorite, the Corvette. more
Lamborghinis are fairly unique in that all models have a fully synchronized reverse gear. Meaning, it is possible to put the shifter in reverse while moving forward. This is why Lamborghinis are equipped with a little throw-out lever that blocks reverse on the gated shifter.
